Re-read travel advisory and prepare well for your travel from airport to Roma Camping Village. Depending on your arrival times and dates, there are more preferable (economical and convenient) modes of transport available:
e.g. If your group arrives in Ciampino after 10.00pm, it might be preferable to share a taxi from the airport to Roma Camping Village.

Make sure to have Euros by the time you arrive in Rome if your currency is different. Please don’t forget to bring enough currency for conference fees, local travel and other incidental expenses you may incur (including membership fee for your organisation).

FORMAT OF COUNTRY REPORTS
Prepare country reports in advance and well. Please don’t forget that you need to prepare a cultural presentation per country as well.

Full timetable will be sent shortly and will also be available upon registration at the Camping Villa. Please note that certain activities are subject to change until Friday 9 December. Apart from that, all elements of the Congress Proceedings are confirmed and will be well under way from 10-11 December 2016 as scheduled.
To those who are staying until 12 December Monday, we wish to confirm that the dialogue with the Philippine Embassy in Rome has recently been confirmed. The organised tour after is also being planned shortly after. Please prepare at least 10 Euros for travel and sightseeing in Rome and Vatican.
